We may use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept Cookies you may not be able to use this Website.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information we are entitled do so.

Return & Exchange Policy

To begin the exchange process or if you have any problems with your purchase, please email us at sheloveswim@gmail.com with your name, order number and details of the desired return

 

For hygiene purposes sHe LoveSwim are happy to offer exchanges if garment is: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all hygiene labels and tags attached and that comply with terms highlighted on the return advice note included in your delivery.

 

Refunds will only be offered on garments deemed by us to have a

manufacturing fault.

 

Garments to be returned to us and received within 14 days (UK) and 28 days (International) of receiving your garments otherwise,

we have the right to reject your return. 

 

We strongly recommend using a guaranteed postal service that requires a signature upon arrival, as we cannot be held responsible for missing or

delayed packages.

 

We do not accept returns nor exchange on sale or discounted items

 

In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted.

 

The cost involved in returning an item to us will not be covered or reimbursed. This is the customer’s sole responsibility

 

All purchases made with a discount coupon code and sale items are Final Sale. These are not eligible for exchange or return

 

We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 14 days of delivery (UK) and 28 days of delivery (International). 

Once your returned product/s are received, please allow 7 working days for processing and inspection. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your item. Should items you request no longer be in stock, a Store Credit note will be issued.
